PCORI Funding Announcement: Healthy Aging - Optimizing Physical and Mental Functioning Across the Aging Continuum Cycle 3, 2022
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) has announced a Healthy Aging Targeted PCORI Funding Opportunity, seeking to support high-quality, comparative effectiveness research (CER) projects that focus on optimizing physical and mental functioning for community-dwelling older adults and their caregivers.
PCORI's Healthy Aging: Optimizing Physical and Mental Functioning Across the Aging Continuum - Cycle 3, 2022 opportunity is soliciting applications for CER studies that focus on different phases of the aging continuum and aim to achieve one or more of the following four goals:
- Maintaining function and independence
- Facilitating chronic disease management
- Supporting individuals with significant functional impairment
- Reducing caregiving burden and improving quality of life
PCORI will hold an Applicant Town Hall Session on September 20.
Letters of intent are due by October 4.
