Pennsylvania Teaching Nursing Home Collaborative: Join the Collaborative and the Fall Learning Series Webinars
The Pennsylvania Teaching Nursing Home Collaborative (PA TNHC) invites organizations and teams to join the Teaching Nursing Home Collaborative and its Fall Learning Series webinars.
The PA TNHC initiative aims to transform nursing education, strengthen the nursing home workforce and ultimately enhance the quality of care for older adults.
By integrating Age-Friendly Health Systems with structured Academic Practice Partnerships, PA TNHC is implementing the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework in both nursing homes and nursing schools.
Collaborative members have access to free resources, Learning Series webinars to guide teams through the TNH process, national network of experts and more. Members can register for the upcoming free, one-hour webinars:
- Session 1 - October 9: Age-Friendly Health Systems Implementation for Nursing Homes and Schools of Nursing
- Session 2 - November 6: Engaging Nursing Students and the Nursing Careforce: Promising Practices and Lessons Learned
- Session 3 - December 4: Building Relationships and Cultivating Engagement Between Nursing Homes and Schools of Nursing
