Putting Care at the Center 2021 Conference
The Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs is hosting a virtual conference, Putting Care at the Center 2021, on October 20-22.
The theme for this year’s event is “Trust, Trauma, and Healing in Our Communities,” and will take place online over three half-day sessions. The conference welcomes all members of the complex care field, including patients, caregivers, providers, policymakers, researchers, and more.
Attendees will hear about the innovative models, tools, and partnerships complex care programs and practitioners across the country are creating to meet their participants’ needs while ensuring equity in access to services and care, and promote healing and recovery in their communities.
