Report: The Serious Illness & End-of-Life Funders Community - Celebrating Five Years of Learning Together
The Serious Illness and End-of-Life Funders Community released a report to mark five years of collaboration in partnership with Grantmakers In Aging (GIA).
The Serious Illness and End-of-Life Funders Community (Community) includes 46 participants representing 35 funders, from small, local, and family foundations to regional and national grantmakers, with a shared commitment to improving the care of people with serious illness and their families and caregivers. The report contains a series of reflections by members of the Community that celebrate the power of the network and explores the synergy between funders in the Community and how these ties are fueling and supporting better care for people with serious illness and their caregivers across the country.
