RUSH Caring for Caregivers and UCSF Caregivers As Partners in Care Teams Webinar: Foundational Skills for Engaging Caregivers in Health Care
UCSF Caregivers As Partners in Care Teams (CAP-CT) and RUSH Caring for Caregivers (C4C) are partnering on a training webinar May 19 on "Foundational Skills for Engaging Caregivers in Health Care."
Health care systems vary widely in how they identify and support family caregivers. To help address this challenge, the training webinar will feature CAP-CT’s Foundational Skills Course, along with complementary materials from the C4C program, allowing participants to explore approaches that best fit their organization’s needs.
The webinar is aimed at interprofessional primary care teams and will cover practical strategies on ways to identify, engage, and support caregivers. The training is free and offers CME.
