Are you a caretaker of someone who has a chronic disease, disability, or health condition? This virtual listening session will center on the needs of caregivers in the time of COVID-19. Information & resources will be discussed that can help caregivers and those they support.
The webinar is jointly hosted by SAGE, the Diverse Elders Coalition (DEC), and The National Alliance for Caregiving (NAC), and the event was made possible through The John A. Hartford Foundation funding.
