LeadingAge released their new research report, "Making Care Work Pay: How A Living Wage Benefits Us All," at a special panel on September 22.

The Making Care Work Pay report demonstrates how raising the pay of the 3.5 million direct care workers in the U.S. to the living wage would translate into meaningful wage gains for the lowest-paid aides, improve productivity, and have
a significant effect on the overall economy.
