T. Franklin Williams Scholar Alumnus, Dr. Peter Reese, Awarded a Presidential Early Career Award for

Peter P. Reese, MD, assistant professor of medicine and epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine and a 2009 T. Franklin Williams Scholar was awarded the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers for his work to increase access to kidney and liver transplantation. The award specifically cites his work about implications of organ allocation to the elderly funded by an R01 and the T. Franklin Williams Scholar award.
