Policy Spotlight Report: Telehealth and the Role of the Aging Network
The USAging's Aging and Disability Business Institute (Business Institute), in partnership with the National Council on Aging, has released a policy spotlight report, "Telehealth and the Role of the Aging Network."
In recent years telehealth has played a growing role in ensuring that older adults receive medical care. The report provides an overview of telehealth and important changes that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure continued access to care for older adults by outlining current challenges related to access, opportunities for the Aging Network and legislative activities to expand telehealth.
