TFAH Age-Friendly Public Health Systems 2025 Webinar Series
Trust for America's Health (TFAH) is hosting a series of free webinars, open to all, as part of their monthly Age-Friendly Public Health Systems (AFPHS) training series continuing from 2024. The next AFPHS webinar training is on December 11 on creating dementia-friendly faith spaces.
The training series provides guidance on implementing each of the AFPHS 6Cs (based on the 6Cs Framework). Each session highlights specific examples of public health programs, policies and other activities that align with the 6Cs and advance healthy aging as a core function.

The upcoming training on December 11 will highlight a program dedicated to creating dementia-friendly faith spaces within African American congregations, fostering support, awareness, and community readiness. The Program offers opportunities for recognition at three levels: Department of Health Recognition, Public Health Organization Recognition, and Individual Recognition.
