The House Call Project’s First Training Session: Growing the Extraordinary House Call Program
The House Call Project (THCP) is introducing an innovative, hands-on approach to mastering the critical clinical and practice management skills and concepts unique to the home-based medical care delivery model. This training helps your organization minimize time to implementation, manage obstacles along the way, and put a process in place for optimizing the patient and provider experience. The training session will be hosted by THCP, which is the education division of the Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) and will be in Schaumburg, IL.
