Virtual Event: Employers’ Search for Value Continues with Serious Illness Care
Catalyst for Payment Reform (CPR) is partnering with The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) to host a virtual event on September 27,“Employers’ Search for Value Continues with Serious Illness Care.”
The event is aimed at employers and health care purchasers. By focusing on improving the quality of life for those living with serious illness through access to palliative care, employers benefit, both from the reduction in utilization of inappropriate care, such as avoidable emergency department visits, but also in the improved quality-of-life for patients and their caregivers.
