Virtual National Advanced Healthcare at Home Summit
The National Advanced Healthcare at Home Summit, a forum on Hospital at Home and other advanced healthcare at home strategies, is being held on July 11-14 as a virtual event.
The Summit focuses on Hospital at Home and features a wide range of topics including funding, advancing health equity, value-based care, staffing and scaling healthcare at home. Over the four days, health care experts will address these issues through mini-summits and plenary sessions.
On July 13, the session on The Role of Community Care Givers in Hospital at Home features presenters Carol Levine, Director, Families and Health Care Project, United Hospital Fund and Former Director, Citizens Commission on HIV/AIDS and JAHF's Rani E. Snyder, Vice President, Program. The session will be introduced by JAHF's Marcus Escobedo, Vice President, Communications and Senior Program Officer.
