Webinar on Hospital-based Palliative Care Findings

CACP

The National Palliative Care Registry™ will present key findings on the current landscape of hospital-based palliative care in the United States and review trends in hospital-based palliative care over the past 8 years during a free webinar on July 13th.

The Registry is a project of The National Palliative Care Research Center (NPCRC) and The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC), one of the grantees of The John A. Hartford Foundation. Besides building a profile of palliative care teams, operations and service delivery, the Registry provides resources for palliative care programs to measure their progress and track their operational capacity and reach.

The Registry is free and open to all palliative care programs across the continuum of care.
