The American Geriatrics Society's Health in Aging Foundation has relaunched its website, which features educational materials for older adults and their caregivers.
HealthinAging.org provides expert health information about critical issues we all face as we age, with tools reviewed by geriatrics healthcare professionals and members of the American Geriatrics Society (AGS).

Age-Friendly Healthcare includes information on The John A. Hartford Foundation-supported Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative and the 4Ms Framework for Age-Friendly Care.
