The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) held a webinar on May 13, "Navigating COVID-19 Challenges with Telehealth."
The webinar discuss edstrategies and practical tips for implementing a direct-to-patient telehealth model for home-based primary care, and shared insights and recommendations on how to continue providing telehealth post COVID-19. In addition, speakers reviewed documentation and coding requirements for telehealth and reimbursement options for different practice models.
