The American Society on Aging's Legacy Interviews Recordings

The American Society on Aging held a 12-week webcast series titled, "The Legacy Interviews," that ran through the summer of 2021. The series included an interview with JAHF President Terry Fulmer that aired on August 25.

The weekly Legacy Interviews series featured interviews with diverse legendary pathfinders who have spent decades in the field of aging, health and social services. Each interview was conducted by Ken Dychtwald and aimed to capture the wisdom and character of gerontology’s pioneers to inform, inspire and guide current and future professionals in the fields of aging and related services for years to come. Interviewees were:

  • Ageism in the workplace, politics, media and popular culture;
  • The opportunities and obligations of today’s and tomorrow’s elders;
  • The individual, social and systemic dimensions of diversity and equity.
