RUSH and UCSF Webinar Training: Foundational Skills for Engaging Caregivers in Health Care
UCSF Caregivers As Partners in Care Teams (CAP-CT) and RUSH Caring for Caregivers (C4C) are co-hosting a live webinar training on "Foundational Skills for Engaging Caregivers in Health Care."
Health care systems vary widely in how they identify and support family caregivers. To help address this challenge, CAP-CT and C4C are partnering to train interprofessional primary care teams on practical strategies to identify, engage and support caregivers.
This live training will feature CAP-CT’s Foundational Skills For Engaging Caregivers in Health Care course, along with complementary materials from the C4C program, allowing participants to explore approaches that best fit their organization’s needs. The training is free and offers free CE/CME.
