The Conversation Project: Updated Conversation Starter Guide For Caregivers of People with Alzheimer’s or Other Forms of Dementia

Con Project Guide

The Conversation Project (TCP) has published a suite of tools and resources, including the newly updated "Your Conversation Starter Guide: For Caregivers of People with Alzheimer’s or Other Forms of Dementia."

TCP wants to help everyone talk about their wishes for care through the end of life, so those wishes can be understood and respected. Their Conversation Starter Guide aims to help you have ‘the conversation’ with the important people in your life about your – or their – wishes for care. The Guides are in English, Spanish and Chinese.

"Your Conversation Starter Guide: For Caregivers of People with Alzheimer’s or Other Forms of Dementia" is newly updated. It talks about how to understand what matters most to someone living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, and help them have a say in their health care.
