Age-Friendly Public Health Systems Resources: Age-Friendly Ecosystem State Snapshots and Map

TFAH AFPHS State Snapshot

Trust for America's Health (TFAH) has published a new resource, "Age-Friendly Ecosystem State Snapshots," and updated their state snapshot map.

The state snapshots provide information about the status and growth of the older adult population in every state and Washington, D.C., as well as the status of age-friendly adoption across multiple sectors, including public health, health systems, states and communities, and academia. They can be used to advocate for older adult programs and services, as well as to advance multi-sector collaboration.

The Age-Friendly Ecosystem map page can be used to see quick state data as well as to explore individual states. The map has recently been updated and now includes Age-Friendly Universities.
