The Benjamin Rose Institute is holding a webinar March 18 on,"Connecting the Dots: How Community-Based Organizations Strengthen Comprehensive Dementia Care."
The webinar will provide insights into the roles and functions of community-based organizations, including Area Agencies on Aging and multi-service organizations, as well as providers of Adult Day, transportation, respite and home health. It will cover:
- The home-and community-based services these providers offer to people living with dementia and their caregivers, including caregiver education and skills-training, help with ADLs, case management, home health, hospice, and respite
- How the referral process can work
- Ways to partner with community-based organization
