CMA: New Checklists for Medicare Beneficiaries and Their Families
The Center for Medicare Advocacy (CMA) has produced two new Checklists to help Medicare beneficiaries and their families respond to Medicare denials.
The Checklists are:
- Medicare Home Health Coverage Requirements Checklist
- Skilled Nursing Facility Expedited Appeals Checklist
These two add to CMA's previously published Checklist outlining the coverage criteria for care at a skilled nursing facility and emphasizing language from the Jimmo Settlement Agreement.
