The Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program Coordinating Center (GWEP-CC) is hosting a webinar July 10 on, "What Matters and Patient Priorities Care."
During the webinar, Tim Farrell, MD, will present on the importance of 'what matters' in implementing age-friendly care and talk about the University of Utah Health journey in achieving the highest level of Age-Friendly recognition at Level-2. Angela Catic, MD and Lea Kiefer, MPH will speak about the continued expansion of Patient Priorities Care (including the Implementation Toolkit and My Health Priorities).
