Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group is holding their virtual Annual Meeting, "What's Happening, What's Next," on October 28 as a pre-conference session to the American Academy of Home Care Medicine's Virtual Annual Meeting.
This HaH Users Group Annual Meeting will feature:

- Presentations from experts in delivering high quality acute care in older people's homes
- A poster session, innovation presentations, awards, photo contest results, and more
