HCCI Survey Reveals Top Changes HBPC Practices are Implementing to Boost Productivity and Improve Outcomes

Hcci survey

The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) has released findings from a new "Impacts and Needs Assessment" survey.

The recent HCCI survey asked past learners to share actions they have taken—and how those actions have affected their practices—as a result of participating in HCCI program and service offerings. Those programs included HCCI education, consulting services, and/or utilizing HCCIntelligence (webinars, virtual office hours, hotline, tools and tips sheets). The article includes snapshots of the responses from the 70+ survey respondents.

Some of the key results are shown in the article including how 70% of respondents said they boosted productivity and efficiency, and 60% reported that they reviewed and updated their billing and coding procedures. 56% of respondents reported increases in the number of patients being served by their practice since engaging with HCCI.
