The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) is hosting a webinar March 22 on, "Value-Based Care: An Opening to Reimagine How We Deliver Care."
While value-based care may seem daunting, considering the challenges in developing new programs, technology, and analytics, adopting value-based care can be a valuable and rewarding strategy to facilitate better patient outcomes.
This HCCI webinar will discuss new potential and opportunities, the "Quadruple Aim", and team-based models vested in value-based care. Dr. Chris Dodd, Chief Medical Officer at Emcara Health, will share his journey with value-based care as a catalyst for practicing medicine that allows for great patient and provider satisfaction.
The webinar is the first of HCCI's “Demystifying Value-Based Care” virtual workshop series in April.
