Hospital at Home Users Group: New Technical Assistance Tool for Family Caregivers
The Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group has released a new technical assistance tool, "Information for Family Caregivers."
Designed for caregivers, the tool provides answers to frequently asked questions, clarifies the caregiver's role and available assistance and encourages two-way communication between the caregiver and care team.
This tool was presented at the caregiver innovation session at the 2023 HaH Users Group Annual Meeting. Though the guide is designed as a HaH Users Group resource, the organization encourages others to adapt the resource (and use their own branding) as they see fit.
HaH's Users Group has also updated their Research Center to include more of the latest research related to Hospital at Home implementation, oncology and surgical patients. This includes links to their most recent studies.
