IHI Fellowship Program 2026-27 Call for Applications: Diagnostic Excellence – Age-Friendly Health Systems Scholarship Available
Applications are open for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Fellowship Program for 2026-27, including one Diagnostic Excellence – Age-Friendly Health Systems (DxEx-AFHS) Scholarship focused on advancing diagnostic excellence for older adults.
The IHI Fellowship Program is a 14-month virtual learning opportunity for professionals in quality and safety roles who are looking to take their strategic, operational and thought leadership skills to the next level. The DxEx-AFHS scholar will be selected from among IHI Fellows based in the U.S. whose Strategic Initiative Project is focused on improving diagnostic accuracy and safety among older adults using the 4Ms Framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility).
The application deadline has been extended to August 28. Scholarship applicants must also complete the IHI Fellowship Program application.
