NASHP Resources for State Officials Person and Family Centered Practices State Policy Resource Guide

The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP), in partnership with National Center for Advancing Person-Centered Practices and Systems (NCAPPS), has released a resource guide titled "Person- and Family-Centered Practices: State Policy Resource Guide."

The new resource guide is on supportcaregiving.org, written by the National Center for Advancing Person-Centered Practices and Systems, shows how person-centered practices can be integrated into state services and systems.

Incorporating person-centered practices can help provide people with services and supports that align with their needs and goals. The guide highlights resources, strategies and promising practices for state policymakers interested in implementing person- and family-centered practices within their systems to better support caregivers.
