National Alliance for Caregiving's 2nd Annual Champions in Care Forum: Driving Caregiver Support in Healthcare Delivery
The National Alliance for Caregiving (NAC), in partnership with the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC), is holding the 2nd Annual Champions in Care Forum August 28 on "Driving Caregiver Support in Healthcare Delivery."
As healthcare reforms increasingly prioritize value, outcome, and equity, caregivers remain a missing link in both policy and practice. In partnership with the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC), this forum will explore policy opportunities to meaningfully integrate caregivers, and caregiver supports, into health care models. The forum will discuss NAC's work to advance the recognition and support of family caregivers in transplant care to illustrate broader challenges and policy solutions.
