Patient Priorities Care: Microskills Training Program with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners

PPC Trainings with AANP and ACP

The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Patient Priorities Care (PPC) have launched a new training, the PPC Microskills Training Program.

The training is aimed to equip health care professionals with practical skills to deliver age-friendly, patient-centered care. Designed for immediate use in clinical practice, the PPC microskills curriculum introduces the 4Ms of age-friendly care—beginning with “What Matters”—and offers actionable approaches to support shared decision-making and improve care experiences.

PPC also has an interactive online curriculum in partnership with the American College of Physicians (ACP) that offers practical steps for clinicians and care teams to incorporate PPC effectively into practice.

Both training partnerships offer CE credit opportunities.
