Trust for America's Health (TFAH) has released the Age-Friendly Ecosystem Collaboration Toolkit, a practical resource for organizations looking to strengthen cross-sector partnerships that support healthy aging.
The toolkit provides step-by-step guidance for planning and facilitating collaboration workshops, including resources to help organizations build a planning team, identify shared goals and support ongoing collaboration.
It also includes recently updated Age-Friendly Ecosystem state snapshots and an interactive map to help organizations identify potential partners and explore age-friendly initiatives in their state.
