WebMD has published two new articles and one refreshed resource as part of its Age-Friendly Care series created in collaboration with The John A. Hartford Foundation. The articles are now available in Spanish.

WebMD.com/agefriendly offers articles, videos, tools and other resources tailored for older adults and their caregivers. The content is organized around the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility).
