Message Lab held a webinar January 19 on, "Evidence-Based Messaging for Serious Illness Care: Toolkit Intro and Update."
The Serious Illness Messaging Toolkit is an online resource for public messaging about care for serious illnesses. The purpose of the toolkit is to support the way organizations talk to the public with the aim of improving public understanding about care for serious illness. The toolkit is based on a decade of research into what the public really thinks. This second Message Lab webinar gave an introduction to the toolkit as well as an update; more information on the toolkit and webinar are detailed in Message Lab's press release.
